🗓️ About the event
Page dedicated to the participation in the XVI Instituto Açaí Science and Technology Fair (MCTIA), in Belém (PA) — the largest science fair in the North of Brazil.
Alongside Maycon Jorge Deláqua da Silva and Arthur Miguelito Lopes, under the supervision of Prof. Ana Cecília Soja, we presented the project “Simulating the impact of satellites on astronomical observations” — an AI algorithm that removes satellite trails from astronomical data, recovering 99.7% of the information that would otherwise be lost. We placed 1st in the Higher Education Exact Sciences category, which qualified us for the national Ciência Jovem event, in Recife (PE), in 2026.
